About Me

How did it all start? Well, it began with my love for horses and the farm life, which inspired the name 'Canter Coffee' (canter being a rhythmic horse gait).

I've competed in 3-day Eventing, ridden horses across various countries, and even lived in New Zealand, where I embraced natural horsemanship and farm living.

During my time in New Zealand, I also worked at a café while enjoying daily horseback rides through picturesque landscapes. This experience re-kindled my love for coffee and baking, which later became the 'Coffee' part of Canter Coffee.  

While I cherished that life, it was on the other side of the world. When I returned home, I continued my love for baking, working part-time at a bakery in Newmarket, alongside my full-time job. I loved creating custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and pastries, while also serving up specialty coffees. Being a barista and brightening people's days with coffee and treats felt like an honour.

Earlier this year, I decided to follow my dream and start my coffee trailer business. I bought an old Golden Falcon camping trailer, and with the help of my partner, we renovated it with love and dedication. ✨

On August 5th, 2023,

Canter Coffee became a reality.
